Telephone Support
When telephoning OrionApps, the response is immediate: clients speak directly with a live technician who can assist them. Most client questions and problems are dealt with in a matter of minutes, with a minimum of inconvenience for the client. More complicated issues are resolved by alerting senior engineers or directing the caller to the appropriate non-technical department.
Telephone technical support can be purchased separately. Also email and forum support is free to all customers.
